Its principal focus is the Puerto Rico marketplace, but the company is also developing export markets in the Caribbean and Central America. Underpinning this strategy is their commitment to innovation, quality, service, and people. Master Group devotes a considerable amount of time, effort and money to an ongoing laboratory research program, as well as to the education of their employees. Hand in hand with their business development efforts is a well-established, high momentum, Corporate Responsibility program focused on giving back to the communities in which we operate throughout Puerto Rico.
"Over the years, PRIDCO's reliable support for Master Group (i.e., Master Products and Master Paints) has been instrumental in helping us develop into a prominent manufacturing company. Of great importance to us have been the incentives related to Research and Development (R&D) activities provided by the Life Sciences Division. These incentives have been directly responsible for our success in creating new products for the Puerto Rico marketplace. This, in turn, has fuelled our growth and enabled us to increase our total payroll every year for nearly a decade. We hope to continue our collaboration with PRIDCO, and are excited about using our R&D efforts to underpin our thrust into export markets." Ricardo Cardona, President of Master Group.
