This Program finances requests to research patents for projects selected by PRIDCO’s Patent Committee. This committee meets monthly and evaluates applications and makes recommendations of who should participate in the program. The Industrial Services area will make arrangements to process those applications that are approved.

In addition, the program orients local inventors about procedures to obtain patents from the National Office of Invention Patent and Trademarks in Washington, D.C.
