Puerto Rico is the home to over 2,300 manufacturing plants from Fortune 100 multinationals to small locally owned operations. These plants manufacture a wide variety of products from apparel to medical instruments and from pharmaceuticals to snack foods. All of them benefit from the Island’s world-class infrastructure, educated, bilingual workforce and financial and operational incentives found nowhere else in the world.

However, while incentives and infrastructure are important, equally important are the service providers and suppliers that every company needs in order to operate. While manufacturing plants focus on their core competencies, others provide the packaging materials, transportation, labels, maintenance, landscaping, document storage, laboratory equipment, legal and financial services, and the myriad of other services and supplies that companies depend on. All of these services and suppliers can be found in Puerto Rico.
